The Light Aura is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

• Damaged Items: If your order arrived damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact us immediately at Thelightaura6@gmail.com with photos of the condition so we can assist you.

• Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors first, then contact our support team for assistance.
